常用名：B6-tdToamto; tdToamto小鼠
背景：C57BL/6NCrl
毛色：黑色
品系建立：
在Rosa26位點定點敲入CAG-tdToamto序列，獲得全身表達紅色熒光的首建鼠。首建鼠與野生型C57BL/6NCrl交配獲得雜合鼠，雜合鼠互配獲得純合鼠。
2. 表型
除紅細胞和毛發外，該小鼠品系的細胞可以激發出紅色熒光（tdToamto）.
3. 應用領域
小鼠細胞或組織追蹤；另外分離自tdToamto紅色熒光小鼠的細胞可能比轉染EGFP質粒的野生型小鼠原代細胞更容易培養。
