采用轉基因的方法，構建CAG- hPDL-1表達載體，酶切分離表達載體片段，將該片段注射到C57BL/6NCrl小鼠的原核中。在后代中篩選到合適表達量的陽性小鼠,與mPD-L1null小鼠交配，獲得同時敲除mPDL-1和過表達hPDL-1的小鼠。
